National Workshop for School Teachers

Fundamental of 3D Printing and Robotics

May 18-20, 2023

 

The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a three-day National Workshop for School Teachers in online mode on “Fundamentals of 3D Printing and Robotics” during May 18-20, 2023. More than 300 schoolteachers from India, UAE and Qatar registered for this workshop.

The workshop was inaugurated by Col J S Prakash ((Retd), Registrar, JUET, Guna on May 18, 2023. Following lecture and lab sessions have been delivered:

• Fundamentals and classification of 3D Printing : Dr. Yashwant Kumar Modi
• Applications of 3D Printing : Dr. Yashwant Kumar Modi
• Virtual lab session on ZPrinter 450 : Dr. Yashwant Kumar Modi
• Virtual lab session on EOSINT P395 m/c : Dr. Yashwant Kumar Modi
• Fundamentals of Robotics : Dr. Pankaj Gupta

More than 200 schoolteachers attended lecture and lab sessions enthusiastically. Participants took keen interest in learning fundamentals of 3D printing and robotics technologies. Valedictory function was addressed by Dr. Bhagat Singh, HOD MEC and Chairman of the workshop. Participants found the quality and delivery of the content very good. They enjoyed the workshop and expressed their willingness to attend such workshops in future also.
