Prior to joining this university Abhishek Shukla was a senior HR Executive in Reliance BIG Entertainment. He is a professional Recruiter. He delivered different corporate trainings. He was a visiting faculty in many business schools. He did a project at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

His areas of interest include Psychology of Organizations, Cross-Cultural Issues, Leadership & Human Values and Emotions in organizations
